If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your goods and get a refund.
- Re-pack the product, ensuring that there is adequate protection in transit. This ensures your goods arrive undamaged.

- Please address this parcel to go to: Jasper Conran London Returns Department, Worldwide Logistics, Unit 16, Thames Gateway Park, Chequers Lane, Dagenham, RM9 6FB, UK.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable delivery service.
- Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Jasper Conran London Returns Policy, we will aim to process your return request within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

Clothing & Accessories
All clothing & accessories products must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order with the completed Returns Form enclosed, and must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging with all Jasper Conran London garment tags and labels attached. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Jasper Conran London Returns Policy, we will aim to process your return request within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (this is in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014). A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed.
Returns Process

If possible, re-use the delivery box, removing any previous labelling (cross out visible detail). Mark your own address (“From”) on the back of the delivery box including your postcode. Remove the secondary tear strip to seal the box.
Print out the below label showing the returns address and affix it to the outside of your package.

Faulty Items
If you have a faulty item, please contact Customer Services before returning this item. If this item is to be returned, then once it has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item(s) and if said item is found to be faulty, you will be refunded in full within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods (this is in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014). A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed.
Terms & Conditions
Returned items which are not in a new and unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return faulty items. New and unused means you have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition, the product can be resold at full price, and you have not used the product.
If you have your receipt or order confirmation email, we will refund using the original payment method used. If you purchased online with a gift card or voucher, we will refund you to an e-gift card.
Gift cards / E Gift cards / vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
We are unable to refund or exchange products made to your own specifications or personalised for you, unless faulty.
Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you do not have proof of purchase, we are unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Jewellery & Watches
To return any item(s) as unwanted and receive a full refund*, the following conditions apply:
- The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with any instructions, guarantee and extras that was included within it
- Earrings, and other items of pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless the tamper seal or sealed bag is still intact
- Certain watches require adjustment to ensure a good fit. Please note, any amendments made to watch straps will exclude the product from being returned.
- If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours

Faulty items
If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item(s) within the first 30 days of ownership, you will be eligible to receive a replacement provided that you inform us within a 30-day period.
If you experience a manufacturing fault with your item(s) and you return it outside of 30 days of ownership, we will require your item to be sent for a repair.
Faulty items must be returned using the same process described above.
Please be advised that your item(s) may have a limited warranty with the manufacturer, and because of this, some faults are not covered under warranty and will be chargeable. Also, any items that have had a battery change done by a third party are not eligible to be returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please return your unwanted items using the same returns process as described above. Once you have been refunded, you can then order a new item(s) to replace those that are unwanted.
