Delivery Policy



We offer free standard delivery within the UK over £100 (excluding furniture). Standard delivery will take 3 - 4 working days to be delivered.


We offer Express delivery within 1 -2 working days if you place your order before 1pm Monday to Thursday. If you place your order after 1pm on Friday your item(s) will be delivered on Tuesday the following week.

Please note, we do not deliver at weekends.


You will receive a tracking number and notification of your delivery status through SMS & Email.


We always endeavour to deliver your order on time however, there may be factors outside of our control which may delay your order.

We currently offer selected international shipping, with delivery charges and timings applicable at checkout.

Please note that Express delivery is not available for offshore addresses (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland)


UK orders are shipped with Yodel for Standard and Express deliveries.
International orders are shipped with DHL, or a local courier.


During the festive period, orders placed by the 19th December with standard delivery will arrive in time for Christmas.


Please note, once orders have been placed the address cannot be amended. This is due to GDPR regulations to protect your details and subsequently your privacy. If you input an incorrect address, please contact Customer Care by emailing and we will try to contact the courier before the item is dispatched, however we cannot guarantee this.


Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.


Furniture Delivery:

Minimal Assembly:

Larger products with this symbol will be delivered by Next Home Two Person Delivery, who will place the product in the room of your choice. Assembled furniture will be unwrapped. Cost for 2 man delivery, £15.00. If you order more than one item we will only charge one fee. We deliver seven days a week except for bank holidays.

Self Assembly:

This product requires self-assembly. Regrettably, self-assembly items cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless they do not comply with the description given, are faulty, or are not fit for any stated purpose. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Order Confirmation:
For larger items requiring a 2-person delivery service:
These will be delivered by DHL.
The item(s) will be delivered to the room of your choice; please ensure that the items will comfortably fit through your doorways / access points.
On selected upholstered items, the Delivery Team will offer to fit the feet & take away any unwanted packaging.
For mainland UK & NI customers, we'll send you a 2-hour delivery time window the day before delivery.
On the day, we'll send you a tracking link. If you've changed your mind & would like to cancel or arrange a collection, please call us on 0333 777 8999 †
We will apply a charge of up to £60 to independently inspect & collect unwanted furniture. Refer to our T&C'S for full details.   
Delivery Information:

Next deliver 7 days a week, except for bank holidays. For all large items requiring two person delivery, a delivery fee of £15 will apply, and a fee of £4.95 for all smaller items.

The Day of Delivery
Please ensure you are at the property at the agreed time to accept delivery, and that our delivery staff have clear access to deliver your items.
For certain sofa ranges, our drivers will offer to fit the feet and take away the packaging. For information on whether this service is included with your order please refer to our product information online. This Service is only available to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland customers.

If Fully-Assembled, once we have unpacked your item(s), you will be asked to check them.
Self-assembly items will be placed in their packaging in the room of your choice.
You will be charged if you are not at home to accept delivery at the agreed time or delivery is refused by you.
