The new Spring/Summer J By Jasper Conran collections have launched at Debenhams

Womenswear

Womenswear steps in to spring with a focus on texture – summer tweeds, jacquards, piques and basket weaves – alongside graphic prints. The signature silhouette, with nipped in waist and full skirt, is evident in key pieces such as the graphic cross hatch mac which features in the new advertising campaign. With a palette of black and white highlighted with bold colour splashes the collection is feminine and elegant with a touch of playfulness.

Menswear

Shades of indigo blue are injected with pops of colour for the new season J Jeans collection. Soft- tailored, washed cotton, single breasted jackets are teamed with polo shirts and knitwear to create a casual layered look.
J Line features a contemporary sartorial mix. With sharply tailored single breasted jackets, slim fit fine cotton shirts and polished cotton flat front trousers the collection encapsulates smart summer style.

Childrenswear

Dresses, for summer days and special occasions, tell the story of girlswear this spring with spots, stripes and pretty florals in chambray blue and navy. Cotton dresses styled with a denim jacket and pumps give ‘dressing up’ a cool edge for older girls.
Boyswear has its foundations in tones of blue and white as well as classic textures and patterns. Key looks mix textures with layers of chambray, gingham and dark indigo denim alongside colourful stripes and checks.

Home

Spring 2013 sees the introduction of two new concepts to the J Home collection. Outdoor dining has been addressed with a focus on the picnic. The J by Jasper Conran hamper with its timeless wicker exterior and bold ticking stripe lining is the perfect accompaniment to a champagne lunch. Moving indoors the kitchen has been the focus of attention with a simple range of wirework and wood pieces for food storage and preparation that are designed to be seen.
