‘AN ALPHABET OF LONDON’ BY CHRISTOPHER BROWN

Jasper has written the forward for illustrator Christopher Brown’s new book entitled ‘Alphabet of London.’

The book is an A-Z illustration of London’s rich heritage, as portrayed through Brown’s meticulous technique of linocut printing. For each letter you delve into the capital’s colourful history, with a comical undertone, for example ‘Boudicca on a Boris Bike’ for B.

Christopher Brown studied at the Royal College of Art. He is also a visiting lecturer in Fashion Menswear at Central St. Martins.
